The Inner Garden

Either you have become more authentic, or I have begun to understand deeper
Either you are now more loving, or I have begun to feel lovable

Either your tears are more profound, or I hurt for your heartache
Either your smile is brighter, or I have finally lifted my shade

Either your dress is whiter, or I have cleaned my window pane
Either we are drifting apart, or we are choosing a new lane

Either you have grown more beautiful, or I have gained a new set of eyes
Or you have learnt to speak seductively, or may be I am mesmerized

Either your inner garden is blooming, or I am becoming a Mystic
For I no longer see flaws in you, you are perfectly perfect

Whatever is happening to you, is happening to me too
Perhaps we are finally falling into bliss, and learning to let go…~Rosy Kaur

Did I forget U 2day?

I must have forgotten you today; for there was much chaos around me... ~Rosy Kaur

Wherever you are...

Wherever you are, I am pouring my Light into you
Wherever you stand, I am holding the ground for you

When you walk, I am flowing with you
When you rest, I am merging into you

Whenever you are in distress, I am healing you
Whenever you are ecstatic, know that I am feeling you

When you feel empty, I am re-filling you
Whatever your inner treasures are, I am revealing to you

I am constantly blending into you, renewing you
I am seeing from inside you, living through you

I am you, I am you, I am you.

Embracing My Shadows

When I stepped out onto the "least walked" path
I had no idea what shadows lurked on the sidewalk

As I dared to face the sun and the stars
My shadows crept out giving me scars

Like weeds on the inner garden of my soul
The shadows clung hard to keep me from being whole

With a shovel of courage, I set out to dig them
Not surrendering ever, my strongest intention became

One by one, I kept killing the unfriendly dark creatures
Strangely they kept returning stronger and sturdier

A tough task it was, fighting within me and with myself
With a losing battle at hand, how could I see my higher self

Just when the Shadows threatened to finish me off
My invincible, indomitable warrior self rose

Standing at the higher ground, I could see better as awakened
The Shadows were no more than... me standing in the way of the Sun...~Rosy Kaur

The Untamed Child

Today they nearly got me, My ringmasters and tamers…
Every lash of whip pushing me into the distress further and deeper
Drawing out my blood from my heart,
In an attempt to cage my spirit
Lying in the pool of blood, I burnt from the whip wounds
To cool off the stings, I seeked refuge on the cold ground
My panting breath brushed my cheek, and whispered into my ear
Kneel not, Weep not, Rise My Dear

Had I been satisfied by the morsel of food and water,
I could have danced to their tunes and made them prouder
Disobedient as I am, wild and uncorrupt
Of no use to their circus…so in a cage I am kept
I must break free…break free…and flee
Far away from this cage of control and creed
Love will never be cherished in this world of the devil
For this is not my home, here I am only a foster child…~Rosy Kaur

I will stare at the sky...

I will simply stare at the sky..."~Rosy Kaur

The "Baobab" Experience

The life of a Baobab tree is estimated plus or minus 6000 years.  There are about eight known species of the Baobab tree.  Species can grow tall up to 30 meters tall and the trunk can be up to 11 meters in diameter.  It is also locally known as "Tree of Life" because it is capable of providing shelter, clothing, food and water to animals and humans.  It can hold up to 120,000 liters of water.  Chewing its wood can provide vital moisture to relieve thirst in times of severe drought.  The local tribes call it the Upside-Down Tree - you will see why, from the pictures ...  Standing under the tree, I felt completely mesmerized by its splendor... as if it was saying to me, "Come, I have waited thousands of years for you..."  Strangely, I found myself whispering to the tree..."Thank you for waiting for me..."  The whole Universe is made of one energy, so I guess I was picking  up the ONENESS energy from the tree...  Enjoy the pics...
